We started Sky Arc because we were tired of a specific pattern we saw everywhere in Hyderabad — clients being sold a beautiful design, then handed off to a rotating team, then quietly billed for “variations” nobody had approved.

The idea was uncomplicated. Take the practices of a premium studio — a real designer per project, itemised quotes, delivery on the promised day, warranties that mean something. Then make them accessible at prices that a young family building their first proper home could actually afford.

It took us five years to figure out how to do it without cutting corners. Standardised packages. In-house manufacturing. Vendors we've worked with for years. A cap of six projects per founder at a time. No juniors doing your project — only the designer you interviewed.

Today we run out of a small studio in Madhapur, we take a fixed number of projects a year, and we've never missed a handover date.
