Site visit + measurements
Week 1 · 3 hours
Detailed on-site measurement of every room. Photos. Notes on plumbing, electrical, and natural light. This becomes the basis of the design.
What we do
- Room-by-room measurement drawings
- Analysis of natural light patterns (morning / evening)
- Notes on existing electrical and plumbing points
- Photo documentation of every wall
What you do
- Access to the home for 3 hours
- Family members available for quick questions if needed
Outcome: A digital twin of your current home. We are now ready to design.

Design + 3D walkthrough
Week 1–2 · 2 weeks
The room-by-room design. Every space is rendered in 3D so you can walk through your home before we build it. Revisions happen here — the cheapest place to change things.
What we do
- 3D walkthrough of every room, at eye level
- Material sample kit — physical samples of key finishes
- 2–3 rounds of revisions included
- Final approved design, signed by both parties
What you do
- 2 in-studio meetings (90 minutes each)
- Signing off on the final design
Outcome: A design you have walked through, touched, and approved.

Detailed quote + contract
Week 2 · 3 days
An itemised quote with every rupee accounted for. A written contract with handover date, payment schedule, warranty terms, and cancellation clause. Nothing verbal.
What we do
- Line-by-line bill of quantities (BOQ)
- Written contract with handover date
- Payment schedule (20% / 40% / 30% / 10%)
- Warranty documents
- Cancellation clause (fair exits at defined milestones)
What you do
- Review of the quote and contract
- Ask any question — we answer within a day
- 20% payment on signing
Outcome: Signed contract. Locked timeline. Work begins.

Manufacturing + site prep
Week 3–6 · 4 weeks
Modular joinery is built in our workshop with your specific measurements. Site work begins in parallel — false ceiling, wiring, painting. You get weekly photos.
What we do
- Weekly photo updates of both workshop and site
- Site engineer visits every 2 days
- Designer visits weekly for quality check
- 40% payment triggered at manufacturing start
What you do
- Access to the home for our team
- Any feedback on progress via WhatsApp
- 40% payment at start of this stage
Outcome: Modular units ready. Site prepared for installation.

Installation + finishing
Week 7–9 · 3 weeks
All modular joinery installed. Ceilings closed. Painting completed. Furniture placed. Curtains hung. Final finishing details attended to.
What we do
- Daily site supervision during installation
- Designer + site engineer walkthrough at 90% completion
- Snag list generated proactively (not waiting for you to find issues)
- All snags fixed before handover
- 30% payment at installation completion
What you do
- One optional visit during installation
- 30% payment on installation completion
Outcome: Home is 99% complete. Snag list closed.

Handover
Week 10 · Handover day
A structured 2-hour walkthrough. Every switch, every drawer, every appliance shown. Warranty documents. A photograph of the home. And the keys.
What we do
- Detailed handover walkthrough (2 hours)
- Warranty documents (10 years modular, 5 years paint)
- Care and maintenance guide
- A framed photograph of your finished home
- Direct contact for the next 10 years
- Final 10% payment triggered
What you do
- A morning free for the walkthrough
- Final 10% payment on completion of walkthrough
