1. The estimator is free

Our interior cost estimator is provided free of charge. There is no fee, subscription or hidden cost. You do not need to book anything to see your estimate.

2. What we do with your contact details

When you fill in your name, phone and locality on the estimator, we save those details in our secure CRM (Sky Arc OS). We use them only to:

• Send you the completed estimate and 50-page interior planning ebook
• Follow up once — via WhatsApp or a single phone call — to see if you have questions
• Send you occasional (never more than 2/month) design updates by email or WhatsApp, which you can opt out of at any time

3. No aggressive sales calls

We do not run a call centre. Your details are never sold, shared or handed to third-party marketers. If you ask us to stop contacting you — by reply to any message, or by calling +91 833 196 8766 — we stop within 24 hours and delete your record within 7 days.

4. The estimate is indicative

The estimate range shown by our calculator is a planning tool, built from patterns in real Sky Arc projects across Hyderabad. Your actual cost depends on your specific home, layout choices, material selections and site conditions. A binding quote is only issued after a paid design consultation and site visit.

5. The 50-page ebook

The Home Interiors Handbook is a free educational resource created by Sky Arc Design. It is yours to keep and share personally. Please do not republish, sell, or use it commercially without written permission.

6. Data storage & security

Contact details are stored in Sky Arc OS (built on Supabase — PostgreSQL with row-level security), Notion (backup CRM), and briefly on Cloudflare Workers infrastructure for delivery. Access is limited to Sky Arc's founder and design leads. We retain lead data for up to 24 months for follow-up; beyond that it is archived or deleted on request.

7. Cookies & analytics

skyarcdesign.com uses:

• Meta Pixel — to measure ad performance. Anonymised event data (page view, form submission) is sent to Meta.
• No third-party advertising cookies beyond the Meta Pixel.

If you don't want to be tracked by the Meta Pixel, you can block third-party trackers in your browser or use Meta's Ad Preferences.

8. Website ownership & content

All content on skyarcdesign.com — photography, copy, illustrations, code, the ebook — is the property of Sky Arc Design. You may share links and screenshots for personal use. For commercial or press use, please write to skyarc9966@gmail.com.

9. Your rights

You can at any time:

• Ask us to email you your data on file
• Ask us to delete your data completely
• Ask us to stop all future communication
